TRANSTEEL's fund-raising committee approved the conversion of 1,92,000 warrants into an equal number of equity shares for non-promoters. Each share has a face value of Rs. 10 and an issue price of Rs. 80 (including a Rs. 70 premium). The company received Rs. 1.152 Cr. as the balance payment for these conversions. This action increases the issued and paid-up capital to Rs. 22.88 Cr., comprising 2,28,82,010 equity shares.
