    Aster DM's subsidiary, Sarjapur Entity, allotted Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares worth ~Rs 7.72 Cr to identified investors. Sarjapur Entity plans further capital raises. Aster DM will maintain over 75% shareholding in the subsidiary post-conversion of all CCPS.
