Wendt (India) Limited — JV/Acquisition, 23-06-2026: Acquisition

Wendt (India) is infusing THB 46.35 million (approx. ₹13.29 Cr) into its wholly-owned Thai subsidiary, Wendt Grinding Technologies Limited (WGTL). This capital infusion is the first tranche to fully pay up WGTL's equity capital. WGTL, established in 2005, specializes in the sales and distribution of abrasives in Thailand. This move strengthens the subsidiary's financial base, likely supporting its operations and expansion in the key Southeast Asian market without changing ownership. More capital infusion is expected later.
