This strategic move expands the company's presence in the Renewable / Green Energy sector. Arankam Green Energy is a Special Purpose Vehicle developing a 6.3 MW Solar Plant in Uttar Pradesh, backed by a Power Purchase Agreement with UPPCL. This acquisition aims to complete and commercialize the solar project, strengthening the company's renewable energy portfolio and future revenue potential.
