Clio Infotech has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 1st. This closure is in anticipation of the financial results for the quarter ending June 30th. Trading will resume 48 hours after these results are declared by the Board. During this period, designated persons are restricted from trading company shares, and their PANs will be frozen. The date of the board meeting to consider these financial results will be announced separately.
