    VIJI FINANCE board appointed Mrs. Sejal Shah (Non-Executive Non-Independent) and Mr. Prakash Muksiya (Non-Executive Independent for 5 years) as Directors. The board also approved opening new branch offices in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Surat, Indore, and Jodhpur to expand operations.
