Assam Entrade has announced the closure of its trading window for company insiders and their immediate relatives, effective July 1. This measure is in anticipation of the upcoming declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended June 30. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after these results are officially announced to the stock exchange. The company will separately inform the date of the Board Meeting to approve these financial results.
