    OnMobile Global's board approved raising up to ₹100 Cr via secured, unlisted Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) with a 36-month tenure. The board also re-appointed Radhika Venugopal as Whole-time Director & CFO for three years, pending shareholder approval.
