Velox Shipping and Logistics has announced a strategic investment to acquire Divinus Express Logistics Private Limited, a company specializing in freight and logistics. This move aims to expand Velox's operational capacity and strengthen its market position. Velox will initially acquire a 63% stake for INR 5 Cr, with the remaining 37% to be acquired by December 2029. Divinus reported a turnover of approximately 15.12 Cr and a profit of 0.30 Cr for the financial year 2024-25. Its turnover over the last three years ranged from 12.20 Cr to 15.62 Cr.
