    Kotyark Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 25-06-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

    Kotyark Industries' board has approved the allotment of 10.28 crore bonus shares in a 10:1 ratio. This increases the paid-up capital to Rs 113.07 Cr. Eligible shareholders will receive new shares, also entitled to the proposed FY26 dividend.
