Empower India Limited has initiated a trading window closure for its key personnel and their immediate family, effective 1st July. This action is a standard practice ahead of the announcement of the financial results for the quarter ending 30th June 2026, designed to prevent insider trading. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the company publicly declares these results. Investors will be separately informed about the Board Meeting date where these results will be approved.
