RNFI Services is acquiring up to 75% stake in Ambition Services Private Limited for up to INR 4.03 Crore. This strategic move aims to significantly expand RNFI's business correspondent network, grow its geographical presence, and boost distribution capabilities in financial inclusion and lending. Ambition, a Business Correspondent and service provider, had a turnover of Rs. 19.52 Cr in FY25. This acquisition will make Ambition a subsidiary, positively impacting RNFI's growth trajectory and value creation for shareholders, strengthening its core business.
