    ACE Integrated's Board agreed to re-appoint Mr. Chandra Shekhar Verma as Chairman & MD for five years starting June 30, 2026. Mr. Kumar Vishwajeet Singh also gets a five-year extension as Independent Director from August 30, 2026. Both decisions need shareholder approval.
