Shiva Cement Limited has announced its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, 17th July, 2026, through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Equity shareholders will receive the AGM notice and the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 electronically if their email is registered with depositories or the company. The company's share transfer books will be closed from Thursday, 2nd July, 2026, to Wednesday, 8th July, 2026, for the purpose of the AGM.
