Photon Capital Advisors' Board has approved a significant leadership overhaul after a recent change in company control. Mr. Sreeram Reddy Vanga has been appointed Chairman & Managing Director for three years, holding 1.48 Cr shares and 0.99 Cr warrants. Four additional directors were also appointed, along with a new Company Secretary. Five previous directors, including the Whole-time Director, resigned, citing the control change and board reconstitution. The Board also accepted the resignation of M/s M. Anandam & Co. as Statutory Auditors and appointed M/s. SNDJ & Co. to fill the casual vacancy, following review by the Audit Committee. The outgoing auditor declined the quarter's limited review.
