Isgec Heavy Engineering Limited — Important, 25-06-2026: Sale or disposal

ISGEC sold 25% stake (5 lakh shares) in its JV, Isgec SFW Boilers, to partner Sumitomo. This reduces ISGEC's holding to 26%, changing the JV from a subsidiary to an associate. Consideration was Rs 4 Cr. The JV contributed 0.18% of turnover and 0.29% of net worth in FY25.
