Velox Shipping and Logistics Limited announced a strategic investment to acquire a 100% stake in Seaman Logistics Solutions Private Limited, a company specializing in freight contracting and shipping agency services. Velox will initially acquire 57% for INR 11 Crore, with the remaining 43% to be purchased by December 2029. This move is designed to boost Velox's operational capacity and strengthen its market standing. Seaman Logistics reported a turnover of approximately 50.88 Cr and a profit of 1.20 Cr for 2024-25, with its turnover ranging from 35.24 Cr to 50.88 Cr over the last three years.
