    Astral's board approved a Composite Scheme: demerging Chemicals Business (₹1,266.3 Cr turnover, 21% of total) into Astral Chemie, and amalgamating Al-Aziz Plastics (₹37.3 Cr turnover) into Astral. Shareholders get 1 Astral Chemie share for every 1 Astral share. Aims for focused growth and capital allocation.
