SWELECT Energy Systems, via its subsidiary, has acquired a 49% stake in Gridnex Solar Power for ₹4.31 Cr. Gridnex Solar is a Haryana-based entity in the process of developing 80 MW of grid-connected solar power plants to supply electricity to Madhya Pradesh. This strategic acquisition is set to significantly expand SWELECT's business footprint in solar power generation. The deal aims to augment the company's consolidated turnover on a sustained, long-term basis, signaling a clear push into strengthening its renewable energy portfolio and future revenue streams.
