    Zydus Lifesciences formed a 50:50 JV, Zydus Sunshine Lifesciences, with Sunshine Healthcare to establish a pharma manufacturing facility in Sri Lanka. Zydus will invest up to USD 5 million for its stake. This aims to boost local production and reduce import reliance.
