CRISIL Ratings has reaffirmed Venus Pipes & Tubes' long-term credit rating for Bank Loan Facilities at 'CRISIL A', with the outlook revised from 'Stable' to 'Positive'. Its short-term rating of 'CRISIL A1' is also reaffirmed. The total rated bank loan facilities stand at Rs. 600 Crore (enhanced from Rs. 479 Crore).
