JSW Infra completed its QIP, raising ₹7,502.69 Cr. This includes a Fresh Issue of 23 Cr shares for ₹6,555 Cr at ₹285/share and a Promoter Offer for Sale of 3.32 Cr shares for ₹947.69 Cr. Paid-up capital increased from ₹420 Cr to ₹466 Cr.
