JSW Infrastructure Limited — Important, 26-06-2026: Committee Meeting Updates

JSW Infrastructure successfully completed its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP). The company allotted 23 crore new equity shares and its promoter transferred 3.33 crore shares through an Offer for Sale to qualified institutional buyers. The shares were priced at ₹ 285 each. The QIP raised a total of ₹ 7502.69 crore; ₹ 6555 crore from the fresh issue for the company and ₹ 947.69 crore from the Offer for Sale for the promoter. This fresh issue increases the company's paid-up equity share capital by ₹ 46 crore. Major allottees included funds from Fidelity, HDFC, and SBI.
