Mangalam Global Enterprise Limited — Board Meeting, 26-06-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Mangalam Global's board approved changing Mr. Chandragupt Prakash Mangal's role from MD to Non-Executive Director. They set July 17 as the record date for a Rs. 0.01 final dividend. An AGM on July 27 will seek shareholder approval to convert company debt into equity shares.
