Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Limited — Board Meeting, 26-06-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Star Health's board approved the transmission of 8.28 crore shares of Late Mr. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala. Mr. Utpal Sheth resigned as his nominee director but was reappointed as an Additional Director representing promoter Sitara Partners LLP. Two independent directors will also retire by July 15.
