Entero Healthcare's board approved allotting 1,475 ESOP equity shares at Rs 804 each, increasing total share capital to Rs 43.52 Cr. The board also revised the re-appointment tenure for Independent Directors Mr. Rajesh Shashikant Dalal & Ms. Sandhya Gadkari Sharma, subject to shareholder approval.
