Apollo Pipes (APL) is set to merge with Kisan Mouldings (KML) and its subsidiary KML Tradelinks. This strategic move aims to boost operational efficiency, expand market scale, and streamline business structures by integrating similar product lines. The merger is expected to create economies of scale and enhance the combined entity's financial strength and market visibility.
For every 100 shares held in KML, shareholders will receive 4.96 new shares of APL. In FY26, KML recorded a turnover of ₹250.07 Cr, while APL's turnover was ₹887.44 Cr. Post-merger, APL’s promoter shareholding will slightly adjust from 51.72% to 49.20%, increasing public holding to 50.52%.
