    Apollo Hospitals' shareholders (90.44% vote) and creditors approved a composite scheme for demerger and amalgamations. Secured creditors (367.61 Cr debt) and unsecured creditors (181.18 Cr debt) also gave 100% approval, paving the way for a new listed entity.
