TEMBO approved strong Q4 & FY26 financial results. Consolidated revenue grew to ₹1090 Cr, profit to ₹84 Cr. Its new Vasai manufacturing facility (1 lakh MT capacity) commenced operations, significantly boosting fixed assets. Funds were invested in Defence and Solar subsidiaries, and a ₹1.02 Cr provision was made for overdue export receivables.
