L&T Finance received a request from Nabha Power (NPL) for re-classification from the 'Promoter Group' to 'Public' category. NPL ceased being an L&T Group subsidiary after its equity transferred to Torrent Power. NPL currently holds zero shares in L&T Finance. The Board will review the request.
