    IIFL Finance Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 27-06-2026: Issue of Securities

    IIFL Finance Board approved fundraising up to ₹10,000 Cr through equity or other securities. They also boosted their GMTN Programme to $2 billion and overall borrowing limit to ₹75,000 Cr. All subject to shareholder approval.
