Ganga Forging Limited — Important, 27-06-2026: Updates

Ganga Forging launches a Rs. 32.96 Cr Rights Issue (3:2 ratio) to fund growth & strengthen finances. Proceeds will repay Rs. 14.70 Cr debt, boost forging capacity by Rs. 2.28 Cr, and cover Rs. 3.38 Cr solar project capex. Also, Rs. 7.37 Cr allocated for railway clip production working capital. Focus on strategic asset expansion & deleveraging.
