UFlex's FY26 consolidated revenue reached ₹15,513 Cr (+2.1% YoY), with normalized EBITDA at ₹1,909.7 Cr (-0.4% YoY). Impressively, Net Profit soared 122.8% YoY to ₹317.1 Cr, with EPS at ₹43.91. Q4 FY26 showcased a strong rebound: revenue grew 5.7% YoY to ₹4,097.3 Cr, normalized EBITDA surged 27.0% YoY to ₹610.9 Cr, and profit increased 16.3% YoY to ₹196 Cr. This was primarily driven by improved pricing for packaging films and PET chips.
The company is strategically investing in high-growth areas like aseptic packaging, WPP bags, and recycling. Recent developments include doubling Sanand's aseptic capacity to 12 billion packs/year and commissioning a new recycling unit in Noida (Q1 FY27) for PCR PET chips and rMLP. Upcoming projects include an aseptic plant in Egypt and a WPP bag facility in Mexico.
