Pursuant to Schedule IIl (A) (12), read with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we forward the copies of Notice published in Newspapers viz, Business Line (in English) and Makkal Kural (in Tamil) on 28.06.2026, informing the shareholders about the proposed transfer of dividend remained unclaimed for a period of 7 consecutive years and underlying Equity shares of those shareholders to the IEPF Account, based on the data compiled in respect of the Final Dividend 2018-19.
