Clio Infotech Limited's board has approved an investment in Clio Tech Limited, a Seychelles-based IT services company. The company proposes to invest approximately Rs. 87 Crore to acquire 100% of Clio Tech Limited, which specializes in software design, development, and corporate IT services. Clio Infotech has already invested around Rs. 21.43 Crore, with the balance to follow in tranches. This strategic move expands Clio Infotech's footprint in the IT sector, enhancing its capabilities and service offerings. The transaction, at arm's length, is expected to conclude within 12 months.
