Master Components plans to merge Master Moulds for efficiency gains. Master Moulds shareholders will receive 40 Master Components shares for every 1. A meeting for Master Components' 27 unsecured creditors, owed Rs. 5.85 Cr, is scheduled for approval. Promoter group stake will increase to 73.82% post-merger.
