Corn Products Development Inc. acquired a 9.00% stake in Sanstar Limited through a preferential allotment of 1,80,24,157 equity shares. The transaction, valued at ₹198.27 Cr (₹110/share), increased Sanstar's equity capital to ₹40.05 Cr, up from ₹36.45 Cr.
