Chambal Breweries & Distilleries Ltd — Important, 29-06-2026: Company Update

Chambal Breweries and Distilleries' Board has approved a Scheme of Amalgamation with Invade Agro Limited. This merger aims to pool resources, achieve economies of scale, and streamline operations. Under the scheme, shareholders of Chambal Breweries will receive 5 equity shares of Invade Agro for every 2 shares held. Invade Agro, with a paid-up capital of 300.20 Cr and turnover of 87.97 Cr, is significantly larger than Chambal Breweries (paid-up capital of 7.49 Cr, nil turnover). The plan is subject to stakeholder and NCLT approvals, aiming for a stronger, more efficient combined entity.
