Biocon acquired 1.15 Cr shares of its subsidiary Biocon Biologics (BBL), making it wholly-owned. Biocon issued 87.86 lakh equity shares at Rs. 376.41 each to 127 BBL selling shareholders as acquisition payment. This boosted Biocon's paid-up capital from ₹810.45 Cr to ₹814.85 Cr.
