Optiemus Infracom Limited — Important, 30-06-2026: Agreements

Optiemus will invest ~Rs. 10.80 Cr in its JV Bigtech via a rights issue to fund a mobile cover glass manufacturing facility. It also approved an unsecured loan up to Rs. 100 Cr to wholly-owned subsidiary GDN for 3 years (8.5% interest) to support its business operations.
