Refex Board approved the FY26 Annual Report and set the 24th AGM for July 31, 2026. July 24, 2026 is the record date for any final dividend. The Board also proposed reallocation of ₹19.06 crore of unutilized funds from a prior issue, pending shareholder approval at the AGM.
