Fratelli Vineyards Ltd — Important, 30-06-2026: Company Update

Fratelli Vineyards Limited's board has authorized an investment of Rs. 7.52 Cr to subscribe to 380,000 equity shares of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fratelli Wines Private Limited (FWPL). This cash infusion, at Rs. 198 per share (face value Rs. 10), will finance FWPL's working capital needs. FWPL, engaged in the wine and alcoholic beverages business, generated a turnover of Rs. 181.20 Cr in FY26. This move strengthens the subsidiary's operations, reinforcing the company's commitment to its core wine business.
