A group of acquirers, led by Maheshkumar Jatashankar Thanki, has completed a major stake acquisition in Glittek Granites Limited. They acquired 1.64 Crore equity shares (62.99%) through an off-market deal from the previous sellers and an additional 19.74 Lakh shares (7.60%) via an Open Offer to public shareholders. This combined acquisition of over 1.83 Crore shares, representing 70.59% of the company's voting rights, signifies a change in control. The acquirers, along with Rawmin Mining And Industries Private Limited, are now the new promoters, replacing the former promoter group.
