Prime Fresh Limited's Audit Committee approved a revised plan to acquire a 51% partnership stake in Poonaagrocart LLP. The company, with its group firms, will collectively invest 0.51 Cr for this stake, with Prime Fresh directly investing 0.36 Cr for a 36% share. This move expands Prime Fresh's footprint in the food value chain, specifically entering the Ready-to-Eat and Ready-to-Heat frozen snacks and meals segment. Poonaagrocart LLP, which recorded a turnover of 2.88 Cr in FY25, will become an associate of Prime Fresh Limited.
