Sattva Sukun Lifecare Ltd — Important, 30-06-2026: Company Update

Sattva Sukun Lifecare Limited's Board has approved significant strategic changes. The company intends to change its name to one of several proposed options like 'Tavexia Lifecare Limited', pending shareholder and regulatory approval. Crucially, the Board also approved a major alteration to its Object Clause, expanding its business activities into manufacturing, processing, and trading of chemicals, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and biotechnology products, alongside contract services and R&D. Shareholders will consider the regularization of two directors, Mr. Sachin Manseta and Mr. Chirag Dedhia, at an upcoming Extra-Ordinary General Meeting.
