Ajanta Soya's Board has approved key management changes. Mr. Sushil Kumar Goyal is re-appointed Managing Director for three years from July 26, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Abhey Goyal is also re-appointed Whole-time Director for three years from July 1, 2026, pending shareholder nod. The company announced the superannuation of its CFO, Mr. Jai Gopal Sharma.
