    Poonawalla Fincorp Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 30-06-2026: Issue of Securities

    Poonawalla Fincorp is issuing up to 75,000 secured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) via private placement to eligible investors. Each NCD has a face value of ₹1,00,000. The company aims to raise up to ₹750 Cr (base issue of ₹225 Cr plus greenshoe of ₹525 Cr). NCDs will be listed on BSE.
