Ajanta Soya Ltd — Important, 30-06-2026: Company Update

Ajanta Soya's board has approved significant management transitions. Mr. Sushil Kumar Goyal was re-appointed as Managing Director for three years, effective July 26. Mr. Abhey Goyal was also re-appointed Whole-time Director for three years, commencing July 1. Both re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval. Concurrently, Mr. Jai Gopal Sharma retired as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Anil Kumar Rana, currently Finance Controller, will assume the CFO role from July 1. Additionally, Mr. Saju Mathew, Vice President (Operations), has been designated as Senior Management Personnel, effective July 1. These changes aim to reinforce the company's leadership structure.
