Oriana Power's board approved a revised, higher deal to sell its 74% stake in two subsidiaries, Truere Guj SPV and Truere Current, to Leo Energies. New Enterprise Value is ₹488.70 Cr, sale consideration ₹193.90 Cr. These units will cease to be subsidiaries, pending shareholder approval.
