    Wealth First Portfolio Managers (WFPML) will acquire Wealth First Advisors, a promoter group entity, in two phases for 100% control. Phase 1: 51% stake for 52.10 Cr (40 Cr cash, 12.10 Cr share swap). This expands WFPML's wealth management assets and market position, especially in Mumbai.
